Empowerment above all else
Entrepreneur. Builder. Believer.
An entrepreneur, builder, and believer in what’s possible when access meets action.
Based in Atlanta, I co-own and operate multiple McDonald’s restaurants alongside my spouse of 20 years, Andre. Together, we lead a team of more than 500 people, and we are intentional about building a culture where people are supported, expectations are clear, and leadership is practiced at every level.
My work sits at the intersection of ownership, operations, and community impact. I care about the systems behind the scenes, the habits that create consistency, and the environments that help people grow confidence through real responsibility.
I believe titles do not define success. Impact does, and I measure that by what is built, who it serves, and what it makes possible for the next person.
My Mission:
Access That Leads to Ownership
My work is focused on creating access and making sure it leads somewhere real.
Through business and through SHINE2Inspire, I help people move from ideas to infrastructure by pairing exposure with practical tools, disciplined execution, and support that builds confidence over time.
Not just careers. Ownership.
First generation college graduate
My Story and what shaped my perspective
I’m a proud alumna of Clark Atlanta University and a doctoral student at Vanderbilt University because I believe learning is ongoing, and because growth is a responsibility when other people are depending on your leadership.
As a first-generation college graduate, I learned early that access can open a door, but it is action, preparation, and consistency that determine what happens once you walk through it. Exposure changes what you can imagine, and execution changes what you can build.
That belief has shaped how I lead teams, build systems, and show up for my community. I focus on creating environments where expectations are clear, people feel supported, and ownership is practiced at every level. I listen first, ask strong questions, and stay intentional about the habits and structures that help people grow confidence over time, because sustainable impact is built through both opportunity and follow-through.
My foundation is what my family calls the “7Fs”:
- Faith
- Family
- Friends
- Fun
- Fulfillment
- Fitness
- Financial Freedom
What I stand for
The values that guide how I work and lead
- Ownership over everything: I believe in building, not waiting. Don’t just participate—create, lead, and own.
- Access creates opportunity: Exposure changes everything. When people see more, they can become more.
- Discipline drives growth: Success isn’t luck—it’s consistency, structure, and showing up even when it’s hard.
- People make the difference: Whether in business or community, investing in people is always the right move.
- Learn, then lead: I stay a student so I can lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
- Faith + Family First: Everything I build is rooted in what matters most. Success means nothing without alignment at home.
- Build what lasts: Quick wins don’t interest me. I’m focused on the impact that outlives me.
Connection builds empowerment.
